Upsell
The account grew and the current plan will get tight. The agent shows the next step before the customer hits the limit.
Offer, cross-sell and upsell at the right moment, by someone who knows the account. An AI agent follows each customer in the base and opens the conversation when the reason appears.
Each signal opens a different conversation, on the channel that person responds to.
Example of one customer. Signals and offers come from your base.
The agent crosses what each customer already bought with what you sell. The gaps with a reason are where it opens a conversation.
Example with illustrative data.
The agent reads the customer's history and follows the company's signals. When something changes, it opens the conversation while the subject is still hot.
The account grew and the current plan will get tight. The agent shows the next step before the customer hits the limit.
A product came out that solves what the customer already asked for. The agent goes back to exactly that point.
Bought once and disappeared. The conversation restarts from what they bought, not from a coupon.
Who used to decide left or someone new arrived. The agent opens a new front in the same account.
Each message comes from what that customer bought, how much they use and what changed at their company. It goes out on behalf of the account owner, on the channel that person responds to.
Thiago, Rafael here, from NORTVALE. I saw ZELVAR opened three sales rep positions. With the team growing, the 8-seat Essential will get tight. Want me to show you what Pro looks like before you hit the limit?
Good call, Rafael. We're already at 7 of 8.
Then it's worth seeing before you hire. Tuesday at 11, 20 minutes?
Done.
From the signal in the account to the opportunity opened for the account owner.
The agent doesn't touch whoever is already negotiating with the team. You approve messages before they go out, and whoever asks to stop receives nothing more, on any channel.
